Founder
The Visionary Leader Mr.Ranjit Patil was a Civil Engineer. He started his career in 1994 at Sangli, Maharashtra. He completed 1, 00,000 sq. ft. of residential and commercial projects in Sangli. His leadership extended to various organizations as President of CREDAI-SANGLI (2002-2004) and Vice President of CREDAI-MAHARASHTRA (2005-2007). He continued his work in Pune in 2005. His work started with the founding of Sanskruti Infrastructure and Developers Pvt Ltd where he was the Managing Director of the company, the company delivered projects at prime locations such as Prabhat Road, Kothrud, etc. He then founded RED-Ranjit Estates & Developers a partnership firm. He has set a benchmark and created a legacy that will be continued through the work done by RED.
Ashwini Ranjit Patil
Co-Founder, Partner
Being the Co-Founder of RED along with Ranjit Patil, she has been the backbone of the firm. She has a strong network in the financial sector and has been the Director of Shri. Laxmi Mahila Co-op Bank, Sangli for the past 11 years adding her expertise and experience to RED. She completed her graduation from Sangli and had experience in Real Estate Development as Director of Sanskruti Infrastructure and Developers Pvt Ltd. Currently, she is leading RED in the ongoing projects.
